With a passion for ocean conservation, Jan and Miranda aim to spread their love for the sea one stylish piece at a time.

 

                      Coming Home to the BVI

Their next adventure began with dear friends, David and his sister Alicia Penn, now the official distributors of both beachlife and Bairiki by Jan Barwick.

​

Together, the four of them set out to bring the brand to the islands — starting with a brand-new beachlife by jan barwick pop-up shop inside the Penns' beloved rum shop and emporium, 

That's the Spirit, in Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.

​

"We've reconnected with our roots in the British Virgin Islands," says Miranda. 

"Let's protect the sea and support the local economy together!"

 

More recently, Beachlife entered into another exciting partnership, this time with David and Alicia Penn and ARKBVI. Headed by Shannon Gore, ARKBVI ensures the sustainability of the British Virgin Islands, with an emphasis on reef restoration and the protection of sea turtles.

 

A cause which resonated deeply with all of us. This collaboration with ARKBVI is more than jus partnership, it's a promise to protect the ocean and its inhabitants for generations to come.

Arora To The Rescue!

As the ambassador for beachlife’s partnership with ARKBVI, Arora has her very own collection and a portion of all her sales will be contributed to Shannon’s project.

 

The collection, which includes beach towels, tote bags, puzzles, journals, coasters, postcards and bucket hats is available both online and at various outlets throughout the islands.
