Our Story
Jan and Miranda Barwick are sisters, childhood friends, and business partners who co-founded the tropical fashion and lifestyle brands Bairiki by Jan Barwick and Beachlife by Jan Barwick. They combine Jan’s lifelong career as an accomplished fine artist with Miranda’s skills as a stylist and business manager to create high-end "Art-to-Wear" apparel and home decor.
Creative Collaboration
The sisters grew up travelling the world together, living in New Zealand, the Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Malawi, and the Cayman Islands. This heavily shaped their deep appreciation for tropical ecosystems. Today, they run their international business across two different continents, with Jan based in South West France and Miranda handling operations from Atlanta, Georgia.
